Here is a brief outline of what we offer....

Discovery - Our specialist consultant will meet with you to discuss your unique needs, explaining the latest technologies and their benefits to your lifestyle. We will discover your vision and find the 'bits' to make it a reality.

System Design - Our system designers will then design and specify a system to suit your needs and budget, based on your discussions with our consultant. Wiring and location diagrams are then generated - and your installation is documented.

Project Management - We assign a project manager to run your installation from start to finish. They will manage our installers and will liase with other contractors, such as your builder or joiner, to ensure a trouble free and harmonious installation - that runs on time and to budget. Most importantly, they will be your contact and will ensure that your system realises your unique needs, as specified in the system design process. 

Trained Installers - Our installers are all ACA licenced for low voltage and telecomunication installation. Our head installer is also CEDIA (Custom Electronic Design & Installation Association) certified. Infra Red actively trains both internally and externally to keep abreast of new & emerging technologies. You can be assured that your custom installation will been done correctly & safely.

Tuition - Often overlooked, but vital.... On completion we will teach you and your famly how to simply and intuitively use your new system, making sure you realise its full potential.

After Sales Service - Like a motor vehicle, as your system ages it will need servicing - Infra Red provides scheduled service calls to keep it in top shape for years to come. Also, we will advise you of enhancements and improvements as they become available to ensure you stay up to date.

Infra Red Guarantee - We guarantee our cabling and installation work for a period of 6 months. Equipment warranty varies depending on the brand and type.
